For 2024 we have a couple of changes in our policy regarding B2B orders:

- Minimum Order Quantity
- Shipping Costs
- Delivery

- Promotional Campaign & Assets
Volume Discounts*
The Volume Discounts will remain the same for 2024 and are according to the following structure:

*These Volume Discounts only apply when you don’t have a set discount to your account
Minimum Order Quantity & Shipping costs
Due to low cash flow in many shops we will be accepting smaller Minimum Orders. However with a small order, Shipping Costs will be charged.
In the Table below you can find the MOQ and the associated Shipping Costs.

*Every quarter we try to update the shipping costs with the actual shipping costs, and thus this is bound to change
Delivery
We aim to process your order on the day of inquiry before 3 pm.
(availability of your order and proof of payment are necessary to confirm your order and ship it out). Upon confirmation you’ll also receive tracking details.
We send all Business orders with Next day Delivery. In almost all cases it will be delivered the day after. Keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible if there’s slight delays. We’ll do our best to keep this process as fast as possible.
Standard Discounts
We’ll be reviewing the ‘awarded’ Discounts to some of our clients and possibly make changes to them. This will be done after the first Quarter of 2024. You’ll be informed once we review your shop's situation.
Stock Keeping
We reserve your order in the warehouse (packed) for up to 1 week. After not receiving the payment in 1 week (unless there’s a separate agreement), we’ll make the reserved stock available for other customers.
Promotional Campaign
We use the Actual Purchase price (the order minus discount applied to your order) for the order to determine if you will be applicable for our monthly promotion.

In case you are not supplied with promotional materials by your distributor. Feel free to reach out to us, keep in mind that we’d need a little bit of information regarding your business to decide on sending promotional materials or not.
